Permissions

There is five types of permissions on articles.

Read

• The article is visible for the user or user group.

Update

• Edit the content of the article.
• Edit tags.
• Edit properties of the article (unique name).
• Copy the page to another article where you have create access.
• Upload files that are attached to the article.
• Sort articles. You must in this case have Update access on the sub articles as well.

Create

• Create sub articles and all other types defined in the "Customize create menu" function.

Delete

•  Delete the article, attached files, related comments and all sub articles (where the user has delete access) and move them to the recycle bin.

Admin

• Access to set permission on the article and its sub content.
