This page allows you to view, edit, synchronize and delete users registered in Incentive.

Edit / View user

Either browse through all users or search for specific users by typing in part of the users name in the text box then click search. The search result is presented below the text box. Use the next & previous buttons to navigate the search result. Click on the user you want to view or modify.

You will now see the properties for the selected user. See below for a description or these properties.

  • First and lastname
     The users name.
  • Username
     The username in Incentive. Used when the user logs into the system in forms authentication.
  • e-mail address
     The users e-mail address.
  • Administrator
     If set to yes the user i marked as an administrator. Administrators have access to all settings and content in Incentive. Take care when assigning this property to a user since he/she will then have complete access to the system.
  • Enabled
     If the user is enabled or not. Users that aren't enabled can not log in to Incentive.
  • Timezone
    Used for displaying time in a correct way. Specify the timezone in which the user resides.
  • User groups
    A user can optionally be member of one or more user groups. The current group membership for the user is listed in the list box on the right. To remove user group membership for the user, first select the user group from the list box on the right, then click "Remove".
    Use the search function to find user groups. Type part of the user group name and click "Search". The search result is presented in the left list box. Select the desired user group from the result and click "Add". The user group is then moved from the left list box to the right.

When you are satisfied with your changes click the "Save" button.

Synchronize user 

If Incentive is running in windows authentication mode (active directory) it is possible to reload the settings for a user from the directory. To do this simply click "Synchronize" after selecting a user. Incentive then tries to contact the directory to load the current properties.

Delete user

In order to delete a user from Incentive select the user from your search result and click "Delete". Warning: This action cannot be undone.

    Ser fram emot att kunna editera användarinställningar. Synkar mot AD men kan inte få nya uppgifter så som email att flyttas med efter att initieringssynkningen gjorts.
